Build rapport and communicate confidently with clients over the phone. Manage appointment schedules and perform basic administrative duties. Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Confident and articulate with good command of spoken English. Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys speaking with people. Responsible, reliable, and committed. Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre experience is an advantage, but not required.
