Role Purpose Lead a multi‑year partnership with a major global entertainment brand across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The role unifies cross‑business teams - spanning product, segment, digital, branch, and analytics - to deliver innovative customer propositions and contribute to GCFS key performance indicators. As the central orchestrator, you will drive idea generation, campaign feasibility, governance, and performance reporting, ensuring alignment and consistency across all markets and business units. Responsibilities
- Drive partnership strategy and high impact ideas
- Shape the multi‑year partnership strategy and generate commercially viable campaign concepts.
- Develop customer proposition that enhance customer value and strengthen OCBC's brand relevance.
- Act as the central lead for all partnership-related initiatives across SG, MY, and ID.
- Campaign management and outcomes
- Drive the internal campaign calendar for this partnership-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure end‑to‑end delivery of all partnership campaigns to achieve acquisition, engagement, and product performance goals.
- Multi-market alignment and governance
- Drive consistent execution across markets (SG, MY, ID), unifying merchandise, creative, campaign structures, and performance reporting.
- Run governance forums that keep senior leaders informed and aligned on priorities and decisions.
- Elevate partnership value and manage key stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness and customer value.
- Explore new partnership extensions beyond the original scope.
- Coordinate with their licensed vendors on the suite of available merchandise for premium give-aways.
- Deliver insights and performance visibility
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Highlight opportunities to accelerate impact and optimise future activations.
