- Internal Stakeholders:
- Project Engineering Lead - Collaborate on overall project strategy, design integration, and delivery milestones. Provide technical input to support project planning and risk management. Develop universal methodologies to enable efficient collaboration and technical excellence.
- Design Team - Work closely with mechanical, electrical, structural, and control systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of process design with other disciplines.
- Quality Assurance - Partner on design reviews, HAZOP facilitation, and compliance verification to ensure designs meet food safety and regulatory standards.
- Project Managers - Maintain clear communication on design progress, risks, and schedule to support overall project delivery.
- External Stakeholders:
- Client Teams - Engage with client operations, maintenance, and engineering staff to understand requirements, validate designs, and build confidence in solutions.
- Equipment Suppliers - Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to confirm specifications, lead times, and technical capabilities; incorporate supplier input into design optimization.
