- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, or a related field (or Associates degree and 3 years of relevant experience or High school diploma and 6 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in training needs analysis, training design, and curriculum development within a learning design or corporate learning organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% globally.
