About the role

Salsify is seeking an AI CS Technical Consultant to accelerate the adoption and value realization of Salsify's AI capabilities across our customer base. This role operates at the intersection of Customer Success, Services, and Product/R&D, ensuring customers successfully adopt and expand their use of Salsify's AI-powered capabilities. The AI CS Technical Consultant will act as a technical and strategic advisor to both internal teams and customers, helping translate Salsify's AI capabilities and products into tangible business outcomes. This role is particularly focused on driving adoption and impact of Salsify Intelligence Suite, and ensuring customers move seamlessly from implementation into long-term value realization. How you will make an impact: Drive AI Adoption and Customer Value Focus on the adoption and business value realization of Salsify's AI capabilities across the customer base. Proactively monitor adoption of Salsify's AI capabilities-currently with a strong focus on Intelligence Suite-across all customers Identify adoption challenges and opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Success, R&D, and Services to develop targeted adoption plans. Monitor execution of these plans and help ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes from AI capabilities. Expand Customer Use Cases Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to help customers think through expanded AI use cases aligned to their business goals. Translate customer challenges into actionable AI workflows using Salsify's capabilities. Create execution plans for new use cases and assist customers in implementing them successfully. Capture and Scale Success Stories Help Customer Success identify and document customer success stories related to AI adoption. Capture and articulate the business impact and measurable outcomes delivered through Intelligence Suite. Contribute insights that can inform broader customer enablement, product improvements, and go-to-market messaging. Enable Post-Implementation Success Serve as a liaison between Professional Services and Customer Success to help customers transition smoothly from implementation into an ongoing adoption and optimization phase. Ensure AI configurations and workflows established during implementation are effectively operationalized post-launch. Provide technical guidance to ensure continued success and growth of AI capabilities within customer environments. Provide technical expertise to unblock customers and help them quickly realize value from AI features. Recommended Qualifications: Experience in post-sales technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Customer Success. Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into real customer workflows and business value. Comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, Services, Product, and Engineering. Experience supporting SaaS products in a customer-facing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving product adoption. Proficient with Javascript.
