Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients. Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai's luxury real estate market. Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through company-provided resources and personal networking. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities. Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
