Requirements

- Platform Expertise: Deep, nuanced understanding of the DSP YouTube & Socials ecosystem, including their specific editorial processes, algorithm drivers, and creator tools.
- Financial Literacy: Proven experience building or maintaining streaming and financial reports. You must be able to translate raw streaming data into revenue projections and account health narratives.
- External Presence & Relationship Cultivation: Participate in on-site partner and client meetings often. A boots on the ground mindset is essential for building the deep-seated relationships required for this role.
- Commercial Data Interpretation: Advanced proficiency in DSP data; you should be able to identify the "why" behind week-over-week consumption shifts, not just the "what."
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience managing or mentoring junior staff. You should have a track record of upskilling a team to ensure operational consistency.
