Collect and analyze operational data using statistical methods to drive data-backed decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to seamlessly integrate new technologies and processes.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish, document, and maintain standard work instructions to ensure consistency, quality control, and safety compliance.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related engineering field.2-5+ years of experience in an industrial engineering, manufacturing, or distribution environment.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).Strong command of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPSS).Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production simulation software.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred;Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.Skills and Abilities:Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, and the communication acumen needed to present complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.If you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!Dental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Equity / stock options
