Human Resources Specialist (recruitment & Placement/Classification)

About the role

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the COMMAND ADVISORY BRANCH of COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing a wide range of recruitment, staffing, and placement services, including but not limited to: managing projects, resources, and technical performance; ability to effectively and persuasively communicate orally and in written formats; researching and applying human resources management concepts, laws, policies, practices, and analytical methods; providing strategic recommendations, innovative solutions, and alternative courses of action over a variety of staffing/recruiting/placement functions.
