Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow's build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments. Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions. Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies. Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments. Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow. Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams. About you:

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English

• Have a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and best practices for building resilient, scalable, and secure applications on AWS.
• Excel in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes.
• Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging modern DevOps practices.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can apply your expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development and deployment workflows.
