Responsibilities

Additional Information

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for this role. Your Role: As the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for Mexico, you will serve as the key interface between Arable and strategic partners, driving the successful delivery of large-scale agricultural sustainability programs, with a strong focus on water stewardship and efficient irrigation practices, with a strong operational presence in the Querétaro region and close engagement with local partners and growers. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on partnership management, execution, and program oversight. You will work closely with partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance, ensuring alignment with Arable's standards and holding partners accountable for high-quality execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines agricultural knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive outcomes across complex partner ecosystems.
