About the role

The Finance Controller - Consolidation ensures that Operating Unit (OU) level actuals, forecasts, and outlooks are consolidated consistently, accurately, and governed robustly. Responsibilities

  • OU Consolidation & Financial Integrity (OU View)
  • Responsible for the consolidation of financial results at OU level, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all markets and business units:
  • Own OU-level consolidation of actuals, forecasts, and plans
  • Ensure consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and key metrics are accurate, complete, and consistent
  • Coordinate resolution of consolidation issues, eliminations, and inter-market dependencies
  • Controllership & Governance (OU View)
  • Provide strong financial oversight, ensuring governance, compliance, and robust control environment:
  • Provide OU-level controllership oversight, ensuring consistency and sound judgment in financial reviews
  • Orchestrate the financial close process across the OU
  • Partner with FCRA Market Controllers and Compliance Lead to ensure financial integrity and resolution of control issues
  • Responsible for the reporting of OU financial results ensuring: Full compliance with accounting standards, best practices, and regulations
  • Consistent application of accounting policies aligned to the business environment
  • Strong control over transaction activity aligned with global processes and financial control standards
  • Act as escalation point for financial risks, estimates, and material judgments
  • Drive a strong controllership culture across the OU FCRA team
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Ensure high-quality, decision-useful reporting and insights:
  • Own OU-level management reporting and analytics packs
  • Ensure reporting clarity, consistency, and alignment with FPCRA principles
  • Drive standardization of reporting processes across the OU
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and support ongoing improvements in finance processes:
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across consolidation, reporting, and controls
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the finance function
  • Drive major cross-functional projects in partnership with Business Process Owners (BPOs)
  • Qualifications and skills
  • Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 6-9 years of experience in finance and/or planning and accounting reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience working within a complex multinational company is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills, including handling large datasets and complex formulas
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Power BI desirable
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages
