About the role

Requirements

  • Strong IT professional with hands-on experience in Managing the IT projects and Agile Project Management knowledge. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high level of ownership and accountability.
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing IT Projects and strong project management skills.
  • 3+ years in Strong Agile Scrum knowledge, and hands on experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Experience to apply Agile project management practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance within the team.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of IT documentation processes/procedures.
  • Experience with on-site offshore model, flexible with shift timings (working with US clients).
  • Support on weekends for releases, as and when the need be (once in a month/ adhoc basis).
  • Strong ability to understand business expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar market-leading products.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms and DevOps activities, including supporting technical teams during production deployments.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with integration teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
  • Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
  • Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement.
