Responsibilities
- Reconcile payroll and financial system data monthly to ensure accurate forecasts and financial reporting.
- Deliver timely standard and ad hoc reports, and analyze variances to provide actionable insights to budget owners and finance stakeholders.
- Support month-end close and annual budgeting by generating subledger reports, reviewing transactions, and validating financial data.
- Strengthen finance operations by documenting processes, improving workflows, supporting high-volume demands, and driving issue resolution and ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
- Leverage 1+ years of experience in BPO/shared services to deliver high-quality financial and business analysis with increasing ownership and impact.
- Perform variance analysis, data mining, and month-end close activities to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
- Apply a strong understanding of CAPEX vs. OPEX to ensure accurate financial classification and reporting.
- Transform large, unstructured datasets into actionable insights using advanced Excel techniques (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions, nested formulas).
- Think like a client by proactively collaborating with stakeholders, gathering forecasting inputs, and delivering insights that drive business value and informed decision-making.
