Responsibilities

  • Develop compliance reports, dashboards, metrics, and operational insights.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve screening processes and program effectiveness.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new screening tools, systems, technologies, and training programs.
  • Stay informed on evolving sanctions regulations, export controls, and global trade compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting: Sanctions screening
  • Due diligence reviews
  • Trade compliance investigations
  • Regulatory risk assessments
  • Strong knowledge of: U.S. Sanctions Regulations
  • EU Sanctions Regulations
  • BIS Entity List
  • Denied Party Screening Programs
  • Export Control Requirements
  • Export Licensing Processes
  • Experience documenting investigations, analyses, and alert dispositions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • ACAMS certification or equivalent sanctions/trade compliance certification.
  • Experience with trade compliance and screening platforms such as: Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)
  • Global Trade Solutions (GTS)
  • Other ERP-based screening tools
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations in global compliance environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.
  • Experience working with global virtual teams.
