Responsibilities
- Handle Travel & Expense (T&E) claims in MXP tool including cash and corporate credit card claims and ensure company policies and procedures are well followed
- Train new employees and conduct ongoing internal training on all the T&E processes and policies
- Serve as the main point of contact for all travel, expense and corporate credit card related questions
- Identify claim report submission delays for the credit card consumptions and remind users as needed
- Follow-up and clearing T&E related open items
- Coordinate with appropriate departments and personnel to revise and update travel policy as needed
- Participate in small scale development activities in T&E area

Requirements
- You have college degree or corresponding knowledge in accounting
- You have preferred work experience 2 - 3 years or more in finance related tasks
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You have ability to effectively use the accounting and reporting tool, SAP or other tools is preferred
- You have ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment
- You have ability to work with high pressure and tight deadline
- You have self-leadership skills, taking initiative and prioritization capabilities
- You are familiar with Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
