About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our new market growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting for various roles within the healthcare industry and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and securing candidates who meet our expanding needs. Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across Care team roles. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' skills, and evaluate their fit for TailorCare. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, candidates will be passed to HR Generalist for pre-boarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback - this is the top priority! Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a recruiter, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a track record of successfully filling various roles
- Greenhouse experience is required
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively as a W9 contractor
- Familiarity with ATS, specifically Greenhouse, is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and achieve results through collaboration with others.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, and/or PEO is a plus
- This is a W9 contract position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
