- Key Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience supporting enterprise Citrix VDI environments, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix CVAD 7.x, PVS, NetScaler/ADC, Hyper-V, and Windows Server 2016/2022 .
- Solid Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with PowerShell, VB Scripting, Altiris, and Ivanti/AppSense .
- Knowledge of virtualization, VDI management, and application packaging.
- Experience with incident, change, and problem management in a production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work rotational global shifts and provide on-call support.
