Job Description Travel Coordinator - Fugro (UK) Fixed Term (6 months) - Full Time (37.5 hours/week) Location : Any Fugro offices in the UK or fully remote. Are you passionate about organisation, travel, and making things happen behind the scenes? Join Fugro's UK team as a Travel Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in enabling global projects that help create a safe and sustainable world. Based in the UK with a hybrid working environment, you'll support offshore, land, and business travel for colleagues working on impactful geodata and engineering projects worldwide. Reporting to the UK Travel Supervisor, you'll be part of a collaborative team that keeps our operations moving smoothly, wherever in the world they take place. This is a Fixed Term role (6 months) with full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic, global business. Your role and responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers for offshore, onshore, and business travel Partner closely with employees, project managers, and project teams to ensure seamless travel planning aligned with project timelines Ensure compliance with Fugro travel policies, procedures, and cost considerations Act as a trusted point of contact, providing timely updates and solutions to travel-related queries or challenges Proactively problem-solve disruptions, ensuring minimal impact to project delivery Maintain accurate travel records and documentation in line with regulations and company standards Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver excellent service What you'll need to thrive in this role Experience in a travel coordination role or within the travel industry (GDS knowledge or certification is beneficial) Strong understanding of travel regulations, documentation, and visa requirements Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset A customer-focused approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to learn
