In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Become part of our global network by closely collaborating with our contacts at the tire plants and within various departments Support our international projects by independently taking ownership of work packages Support the team in shaping and implementing global learning and development initiatives that drive personal growth and organizational transformation Make an impact by creating compelling presentations, insightful analyses, and clear documentation.
