Responsibilities

  • Accountable for execution and delivery of clinical studies across all therapy areas and development phases within the primary country and assigned additional countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical R&D or related industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in regulated clinical operations
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical development processes.
  • Forward-thinking and visionary mindset to modernise approach to clinical processes and leverage technology.
  • Demonstrated matrix team leadership to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaborator with experience in building networks of partners and stakeholders and broadly engaging with expert communities.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred Qualification
  • Advanced degree in Scientific discipline
  • Experience leading across multiple countries or heterogeneous environments
