Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining electronic filing systems. Input and update information within the relevant systems/spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy. Perform data verification and ensure data integrity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support role, note taking is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in notetaking and data entry
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive material

The HR Investigations team are responsible for investigating our most complex and high-risk cases, including bullying, sexual harassment, victimisation, and discrimination allegations. This role involves providing a high level of quality support to our HR Investigations team, specifically accurately capturing investigation meeting notes and summaries with a focus on relevant employment legislation ( in particular relating to discrimination and harassment). Alongside this , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the HR Investigations team and / or wider Employee Relations team.
