About the role
This role offers hands‑on experience in accounts receivable operations, customer‑facing activity, and financial administration, with a particular focus on supporting one of our loyalty programmes, Foodstuffs Gift Vouchers. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders while developing a strong understanding of how finance operations support the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day management of Foodstuffs Gift Vouchers, including processing requests, invoicing orders, validating payments, activating vouchers, and coordinating packing and dispatch.
- Respond to and manage customer and internal queries through ticketing systems, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and support the team to investigate root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Contribute to team initiatives, project work, and cross‑team training opportunities where required.
