Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the General Manager Executive Assistant role will make an impact: The General Manager Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic administrative and operational support, serving as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team. This role requires seamless collaboration with senior executives and key stakeholders across all organizational functions, demanding exceptional communication skills, proactive planning, professionalism, confidentiality, and the highest level of discretion. Key responsibilities for this role include: Serve as a trusted partner and primary liaison to the Head of Viatris Mexico (HOVM), ensuring effective communication and coordination with senior leaders, direct reports, and internal and external stakeholders. Proactively manage and optimize the HOVM's calendar, meetings, and priorities, anticipating conflicts, resolving scheduling challenges, and ensuring efficient time utilization while maintaining flexibility for changing business needs. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed travel itineraries to ensure seamless business travel. Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including meeting logistics, expense reports, document preparation, correspondence management, and visitor coordination. Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and executive-level follow-up by tracking key deliverables, deadlines, and action items across multiple functions. Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, team events, and engagements with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong execution and attention to detail. Anticipate executive needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions that minimize disruptions and support effective decision-making. Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and absolute discretion. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other relevant collaboration tools. High level of professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information.
