JOB SUMMARY The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the Breast Care Center. This role ensures high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance (ACR, MQSA), staff competency, and an exceptional patient-centered experience. The Lead Technologist supports daily operations, workflow efficiency, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
