Responsibilities

  • As Chief Information Officer UK Insurance, you'll:

Requirements

  • We're looking for an experienced and thoughtful leader who brings both strategic thinking and practical delivery.
  • You'll have:
  • Proven experience leading technology and transformation in a complex, regulated environment (ideally financial services or insurance)
  • A strong track record of delivering large-scale change and measurable business results
  • Experience shaping and delivering business and technology strategy
  • The ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience developing high-performing teams
  • Commercial awareness, including managing budgets and delivering value
  • Confidence working across risk, governance and regulatory requirements
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way
  • A collaborative, open approach and a focus on delivering the right outcomes
