Responsibilities

  • Job Description Management:
  • Assist in the collection and consolidation of job descriptions across departments.
  • Ensure all job descriptions are updated using the standard template.
  • Support in tracking submission and completion status of job descriptions.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining an updated inventory/database of job descriptions.
  • Training Records Management:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners as needed.
  • Help with preparing presentations, reports, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc HR tasks and projects that may arise.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team's success.
  • Onboarding Requirements:
  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a college/university studying BS Industrial Engineering.
  • At least on its penultimate year
  • Enrolled in an internship subject
  • With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
  • Able to pass the pre-internship requirements
