About the role

Location: Melbourne We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week. Be a foundational member of our brand-new Asahi team, responsible for the hands-on delivery of all media implementation, planning, and investment. Own the omnichannel execution, with a special focus on OOH and the exciting world of BVOD/SVOD, where you'll brief our offshore team and manage key partners like Netflix, Nine, and Paramount. Get straight into the action, delivering the H2 media plans, managing all bookings, and expertly navigating any makegoods to ensure flawless campaign delivery. Act as a mentor and guide for the team's executives and co-ordinators, overseeing their workflow and ensuring every plan is delivered against investment KPIs with 100% accuracy. Build strong relationships with media partners to find creative opportunities and bring unmissable campaigns and memorable sponsorship executions to life for our new flagship client. Ideal Skills and Experience A detail-obsessed and energetic hybrid planner-buyer with a passion for creative executions will be the engine room of this exciting new team. We're also looking for; A true planner-buyer DNA; you're a strategist who loves to get their hands dirty, with proven experience in both planning and buying media. Strong, practical skills in OOH and a deep understanding of the digital video landscape, including the constructs of programmatic buying. A meticulous eye for detail and a hardworking, positive mindset that is always geared towards finding solutions. Experience working on large, complex clients with a sponsorship focus (like CPG, wagering or insurance) is highly desirable, and auditing experience will put you at the top of the list!
