Job Description Ameriprise is seeking an innovative leader to join our team as the Vice President, Global Head of HR Systems. This critical role will be responsible for contributing to and operationalizing our enterprise HR technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership, leveraging our investment in Workday, and other technology solutions. The Vice President, Global Head of HR Systems will oversee a global team of technologists responsible for developing and configuring simple, innovative, and efficient technology solutions and processes that enable business growth through seamless processing of HR transactions related to payroll, benefits, talent development, candidate attraction and selection, and the administration of HR processes such as talent development, performance management, and compensation management.
