Role Summary We are looking for an Member of Technical Staff, Web Platform to support the development, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Webflow-powered digital properties. This hybrid role is based in Bangalore - Whitefield, India and supports the Marketing Operations team by delivering web experiences that help enable marketing strategy, campaign execution, and growth initiatives. In this role, you will help build and maintain core pages and templates, support site performance and SEO efforts, contribute to analytics and marketing technology integrations, and help maintain a scalable web architecture that supports efficient updates and long-term growth. This position will report to the Technical Project Mgmt Director . Team Summary This role sits within our Marketing Operations team and supports both B2C and B2B marketing efforts through scalable web solutions. The team works to keep epocrates' web platform reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs by building and updating pages and templates, supporting performance and SEO improvements, and maintaining analytics and marketing technology integrations. The team also partners across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure that web experiences are consistent, accessible, and supported by dependable data capture and clean site architecture. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain Webflow-based web pages, templates, and components that support marketing and growth initiatives. Translate Figma and other creative files into responsive, high-performing web experiences. Implement custom interactions, animations, and reusable web components aligned to design and functional requirements. Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and page structure to support usability and SEO. Apply on-page SEO best practices and support ongoing improvements to discoverability and content performance. Configure analytics instrumentation and web event tracking using GA4, GTM, Amplitude, and related tools. Maintain integrations and workflows across analytics, CRM, marketing tools, and cookie management platforms such as OneTrust. Support reliable data capture and event tagging to improve reporting quality for stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering partners to deliver web updates, enhancements, and maintenance work. Use AI tools to support routine web development and content tasks, improve productivity, and accelerate learning while applying human judgment to review and validate outputs. Additional Job Responsibilities Document web components, templates, and implementation details to support long-term maintenance. Monitor web pages for issues and support troubleshooting when performance, tracking, or content problems arise. Contribute to testing and quality checks across browsers, devices, and responsive breakpoints. Support updates to CMS-driven content and web platform structure as needed. Assist in evaluating tools, frameworks, and process improvements that strengthen web operations. Partner on recurring maintenance tasks and minor enhancements across the site ecosystem. Learn new web technologies, workflows, and platform capabilities as business needs evolve. Expected Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 to 6 years of professional experience in web development or related technical work. Webflow expertise. Drupal experience is a plus. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and responsive design. Proficiency with GA4, GTM, SEO tooling, OneTrust/cookie management, Amplitude, and web events/tags. Experience translating designs from Figma or other creative files into high-performing web pages. Exposure supporting a marketing or growth website is a plus. Experience with Monday.com, Contentful, Sanity, and/or Optimizely is a plus.
