**Business Analyst - Responsibilities** Experience - 3 to 6 years CPBA Certification Mandatory Early Joiner Preferred Evaluate business processes for automation opportunities and lead requirements gathering through client meetings, interviews, and workshops Support the development and execution of robotic process automation (RPA) and digital transformation initiatives, including user requirements planning, process review facilitation, and process modeling Conduct requirements analysis and develop business cases to identify Business Process Management (BPM) opportunities aligned with organizational goals Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies based on industry best practices Communicate insights, analysis results, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, management, and stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements Prioritize initiatives and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and architects to deliver solutions that support digital transformation objectives Please Note: Fraudulent job postings/job scams are increasingly common.
