About What You'll Work On: You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe's Learning Center You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication, self-help, social and play skills. You'll relay info on your kiddos' progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments. At the end of each session, you'll accurately record the kiddo's progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet. You'll be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations. You'll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and super organized. You'll help our kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changing. You'll voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate. You'll help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries. You'll positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture. Social Group Lead Responsibilities Facilitate social groups utilizing a daily agenda and focused social skills goals Direct RBTs with clients according to agendas and rules/expectations Responsible for facilitating setup and teardown before and after clients arrive Answer quick questions and concerns from participants and/or caregivers when necessary Send and respond to emails (i.e. communicating cancellations to staff, sending location change updates, etc.). Revise curriculum content as requested. Submit material/purchase requests in accordance with the outlined schedule. Communicate with the Social Group Specialist clinical program needs/issues. Communicate with Clinical Director staff/parent issues that arise (CC Social Group Specialist and Director of QA). Attend quarterly check-in meetings with the Social Group Specialist regarding event progress. Ensure designated Social Group Leader resources are updated at all times. Ensure event calendar and resources in BT Support Book pertaining to designated programs are updated at all times.
