Position Overview The Senior Analyst, Operations Monitoring is responsible for performing advanced analysis and reporting to support visibility into operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making. This role partners with operations, IT, analytics, and business teams to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Analyst contributes to cross-functional and global initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company values of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. Essential Job Functions Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to track operational performance. Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics. Collaborate with operations, IT, analytics, and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support identification and escalation of operational issues based on monitoring insights. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance monitoring efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in incident tracking, analysis, and reporting. Support data validation and quality assurance efforts for monitoring systems. Provide guidance and support to analysts and junior team members as needed. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and adherence to company values. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 4+ years of experience in operations monitoring, analytics, or related roles. Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. Experience creating dashboards and performance tracking reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a collaborative work environment.
