Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day emergency preparedness operations and ensure effective program execution

  • Manage procurement planning and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Provide secretariat support for committee meetings
  • Support projects and initiatives related to emergency preparedness
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on related matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations or emergency management
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and environments
  • Experience in project coordination is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of emergency planning and crisis response practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and resource management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
