Responsibilities
- To resolve all public relation related issues arises from project.
- Manage and attending to public or resident's complaints, enquiries, requests, feedback and etc.
- Liaise with various government bodies and stakeholders e.g. JTC, LTA, HDB, Town Council, residents, consultants, contractors etc.
- Attend weekly / monthly progress meetings and walkabouts.
- Preparation and submission of weekly updates and monthly reports.
- Assist clients in running of public relation programmes especially during festive season.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site experience , with at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
