Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and compassionate care to hospitalized patients
- Perform treatments for hospitalized patients including fluid and drug administration, wound care, and monitoring of vitals
- Identify and promptly communicate concerning changes in patient status
- Operate syringe pumps, fluid pumps, dopplers, blood pressure monitors, point of care lab equipment and SP02 monitors
- Maintain and stock inventory
- Ability to lift and restrain animals weighing up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to work successfully both alone and as part of a team
- Must have ability to remain composed in stressful and emergency situations

Requirements
- Must have a New York State Veterinary Technician's license or permit
- Must have animal handling experience and ability to lift and restrain animals weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work successfully as part of a team
- Must have ability to remain composed in stressful and emergency situations
- Must have flexibility necessary to work additional hours when workload requires

- Shifts/Positions :
- Position 1: Sunday-Tuesday 8pm-8:30am
- Position 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 8pm-8:30am
- Position 3: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8pm-8:30am
- Position 4: Thursday-Saturday 8pm-8:30am
- Pay Range
- $30 - $40 USD
