Physical Therapist - PRN - Eureka

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of neurological conditions
• Play a critical collaborative role in communication with physicians, speech therapists, occupational therapists and behavioral health providers.
• Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to long-term success.

Requirements

• Current Montana physical therapy license -or- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana physical therapy license within 30 days of hire.
• Current HS AED CPR certification.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.
