About the role

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify where automation or AI can add real value. - Translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solution designs, including AI agents, workflow automation, and reporting tools. - Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and stakeholder workshops through solution design, testing, and rollout. - Evaluate and pilot automation and AI tools (RPA, AI agents, LLM-based tools) against specific business needs. - Build dashboards and reports that turn operational data into insights leadership can act on. - Support adoption through training and change management as new tools and processes are introduced. - Document current and future-state processes, and track the impact of changes, time saved, errors reduced, efficiency gained. - Collaborate with IT and external vendors as needed, while keeping a business-first perspective throughout. Your Profile - 5-8 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformation. - A track record of owning problems through to resolution, not just documenting requirements. - Hands-on exposure to automation and AI tools (RPA, workflow platforms, AI agents/LLM tools). - Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations. - A genuinely curious, analytical mindset.
