Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities to maximise company profit.
• Source competitive rates from vendors.
• Explore new ways to support company growth, such as sub-contracts or joint ventures.
• Expand the client base by meeting with direct and indirect clients.
• Host and assist overseas agents or vendors visiting Singapore to strengthen relationships.
• Attend overseas conferences and networking events to grow the company's agent/vendor network.
• Collect and monitor market and competitor information for effective business development.
• Develop long-term business goals and strengthen the company's position in existing markets.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Serve as a point of contact between the company and current or potential clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Experienced in sales or business development in construction/project services industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with client-facing activities and outdoor meetings.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
