MISSION : Manage all supporting activities to Commercial pertaining to Coface's credit insurance business. Improve process independency survey results in 2026 to CBO - 95% Lead activity in enhancing the team's productivity by 5% which is quantified and achieved via initiatives/lean projects etc. Prepare, present and participate in various governance calls. Consistent usage of activity catalog & ensuring 0 deviation. Promote process repository to the clients via monthly / quarterly client governance committees Adhering to the Minimum common practice guidelines. Flexibility: Must be flexible with office working hours based on business requirements. Networking: Support other service lines, the Credit line and commercial staff in assisting with questions and interpretations of information data and scores. Customer service: Handle complaints from debtors and risk-related data protection matters to prevent escalation of conflicts and consecutive image damage. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by Coface and external regulators Degree educated in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration preferred. Other disciplines with a financial / accounting focus are accepted including any Foreign Language.
