Join our innovative Procurement Team Our Sourcing and Procurement team drives value by identifying strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services. We support business growth through supplier onboarding, distribution strategy development, and continuous optimization of sourcing activities. Partner with the best As a Procurement Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process for assigned categories, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, sourcing strategies, and business requirements. You will act as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, driving effective commercial outcomes while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a Procurement Specialist - Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for: Ensure full compliance with procurement processes, policies, and ethical standards. Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to achieve competitive conditions and cost optimization. Negotiate and manage some supplier contracts in alignment with business, legal, and compliance requirements. Execute and manage purchase orders end to end, from request intake through negotiation, invoice processing, and closure. Manage supplier relationships to ensure effective PO execution, proactively addressing issues, changes, and delivery timelines. Develop and propose improvements to procurement approaches, methods, procedures, and processes within the function. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with demand and business objectives. Fuel your passion Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement or a related field. Strong knowledge of procurement compliance, ethics, and governance. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal). Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage requests end to end, working effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to balance internal and external needs. Experience working with SAP and ARIBA systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think critically, analyze data, make sound decisions, and solve complex problems.
