Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Cisco and Splunk policies and partner engagement guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support partner success and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or ecosystem development.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions sales through partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with Splunk products and solutions.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Market Sales Insight platforms.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to drive partner success.

Meet the Team: The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) for Splunk is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Splunk's partner ecosystem in the Mexican market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with strategic partners, driving sales growth, and enabling partners to successfully position and sell Splunk solutions. The PSM collaborates closely with partners, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and internal Cisco/Splunk teams to create joint sales strategies, increase pipeline generation, and expand market reach.
