Job Description Summary: We are looking for candidates with technical expertise to join our team as a 2nd Shift Logistical Coordinator/Feed Mill Technician at Athens, Alabama, Feed Mill. This Position will be responsible for Ingredient requisition, operation of processing equipment, and coordination of feed dispatch. Job Description: Reviews feeds, orders, and inputs data into spreadsheets Schedules, Records, and Files reclaim feed request Operates scale house and receives BOL for all ingredients Coordinates/pairs loads and Dispatches drivers to farms Delegate workload to drivers, while trying to evenly balance driving hours Reviews feed mill bins and farm bins to ensure a fluid unloading process Inputs ingredients, vendors, and customers in the Control program Operate equipment, including receiving, batching, grinding, pelleting, and loadout. Complete FDA reports Maintaining Bio-Security Protocol at all times, along with routine sanitation Obtain week-ending inventories Engage in weekly Plant fumigation Operates equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, sweepers May perform other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of business English and Arithmetic Computer Experience is necessary, fluid in Microsoft Excel.
