Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Reviews documents, reports, and/or applications for omissions and inconsistencies, and ensures data entry is complete and accurate. Tracks and creates reports and compiles information for the organization as required. Maintains calendars and schedules meetings/appointment. Assist with quality improvement, inventory, manpower, space, and equipment utilization. Assist with monitoring fund control balances. NOTE: Experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month & year starting and ending dates AND hours worked per week. NOTE: Experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month & year starting and ending dates AND hours worked per week Proficiency Requirement - In addition to meeting Specialized Experience the following is required: Typing Proficiency: 40 words per minute typing speed. Applicants may meet this requirement by presenting a certificate of proficiency from a school or other organization authorized to issue such certificates or by self-certifying their proficiency. Preferred Experience: Primary Timekeeper for mental health employees and backup to the Social Work Service Line. Manages seven fund control points (FCPs) total: 4 FCPs for CWT. Efficiently tracks expenditures/timekeeping for an average of 30 compensated work therapy (CWT) Veteran employees and submits into G-Invoicing bi-weekly. Responsible for MH purchase card actions, some purchases required to be completed in person such as bus passes. Responsible for reconciliation of budgets and fund control points (FCP) to ensure full and compliant utilization of allocated resources; increase in urgency, procurement activities as programs aim to obligate remaining funds to meet deadlines at the end of the fiscal year. The workload is continuous, deadline-driven, and dependent on an incumbent who can manage several tracking systems simultaneously. Responsible for coordinating with multiple departments such as Fiscal and Logistics to keep processes flowing.
