Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Science, Journalism or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a focus on capital markets. Candidates with a background in finance, sales and trading, research, journalism with understanding of Stock Connect are highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. Candidates with managerial experience are highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of HK securities / Stock Connect / derivatives market, including market structure, market dynamics, and recent market development themes (e.g., policy changes, trading model enhancements, financial market innovations).
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.
