Aviation Back Shop Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years' experience working with general aviation airframes supported by Western Aircraft
• Entry level supervisory experience
• Airframe and Powerplant license preferred
• In lieu of an A&P license, candidate must have the ability to obtain a Repairman's Certification within six months of hire.

Job Summary The Back Shop Technician will work with the maintenance team to inspect, test, repair, maintain and service aircraft batteries and accessories using test equipment and hand tools as needed to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.
