The cocktail offering includes a unique selection of refined and often-overlooked beverages, and a tailor-made wine list, complementing THE DUCHESS cuisine with the most exclusive wines and champagnes from around the globe. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow Train and motivate the service team to uphold THE DUCHESS' commitment to excellence Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism Requirements Proven experience in a Shiftleader, Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry Previous experience working in a large city is an advantage Fine dining experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment Team spirit Fluent speaking and writing in English Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting) Benefits In-house training Annual in-house experience within the Sircle Collection hotels Hotel staff discounts within the Sircle Collection hotels 25% staff discount throughout THE ENTOURAGE GROUP restaurants Refer a friend bonus Paid Moving Day Paid Birthday off Free lifestyle coaching Bootcamp every Monday @ Sir Adam - Sircle Collection Interested?
