About the role

This team is the HR engine behind one of Amazon's most dynamic and complex businesses. We support the technology and supply chain organization that is redefining how customers shop for groceries through cutting-edge innovation, including AI-powered solutions that are transforming everything from supply chain logistics to the in-store customer experience. What sets our team apart is the extraordinary breadth of the workforce we serve. Unlike most PXT teams that support a single employee type, we partner across three distinct populations: Tech employees who are building the next generation of AI and machine learning platforms, Corporate professionals who translate innovation into business strategy, and Field employees who bring the customer experience to life in stores every day-increasingly supported by AI-driven tools and automation. As AI reshapes how work gets done across all three populations, our PXT team is at the forefront of navigating what that means for our people-rethinking roles, skills, and career paths in an era of rapid technological change. We value bold thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping employees thrive-If you want to shape the future of work at the intersection of people and technology, this is the team for you.
