Associate - Core Operations

About the role

This role supports core operational execution within the India Operations CoE. The analyst gains broad exposure across operations while building deep SME ownership in assigned processes and contributing to transformation, process re-engineering, and AI adoption. Location Bengaluru, India

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational execution across assigned workflows, including data checks, reconciliations, and exception management
• Assist in trade lifecycle support activities and operational coordination required to meet daily and periodic deliverables
• Support cash and position reconciliations and investigate breaks by coordinating inputs and documenting findings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate operational data and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain recurring operational reporting and trackers with strong accuracy and timeliness
• Support audit readiness through documentation, evidence capture, and adherence to supervisory checks
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying manual steps and proposing streamlined approaches
• Adopt workflow tools and AI-enabled solutions as they are rolled out, ensuring correct usage and control discipline
• Build SME depth in the specific operational domain assigned (fund, process, or pod) and take increasing ownership
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel tasks and tight deadlines
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience (or strong entry-level profile with operations aptitude)
• Strong Excel skills; comfort with structured data and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn new systems and processes
• High ownership and execution discipline
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Total AUM estimated as of March 31, 2026.
