Senior Product Manager - Installation Mobile App

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience with mobile/web applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives that required alignment across multiple business units or executive stakeholders, and shipping products that depend on hardware or firmware releases.
• Experience with mobile applications, particularly field or technician-facing apps.
• Experience with hardware-connected software products (IoT, energy systems, industrial equipment) and familiarity with solar, energy storage, generator, or adjacent industries.
• Track record of conceiving, developing, and launching new software products or SW/HW integrated solutions, with a strong focus on user-centered design and outcome-based metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Internalize the user: Develop a deep understanding of installers, service technicians, and our internal service organization. Identify gaps in their workflows, both external and internal, and bring ambitious solutions to the table. Combining input from multiple business units with your own vision for the field experience, d rive roadmap alignment and earn executive buy-in through compelling communication, clear trade-offs, and decisions that close rather than linger. Build, don't spec: Prototype with AI tools, partner with engineering, design, and functional leaders to shape the solution as it's being built. Own outcomes, not features: Run pilots with real dealers, watch what they do, and iterate fast. Drive relentlessly toward the result you committed to, not the feature you scoped.
